This is the 2024 William Penn SD Online Scheduler & Benefits Portal. We encourage you and your family to become familiar with this website. Here, you will find your insurance benefits, claim forms, links to the providers, and a link to the enrollment platform to view your benefit confirmation and update beneficiaries.

Call Center Hours: Appointments are Available every Thursday of the month from 8 AM – 7 PM.

Scheduling Instructions:

1. Select an available date on the calendar and then click on an available time to select your preferred appointment.

2. Visit wpsd.mybenefitsinfo.com to review the Benefit Overview prior to your scheduled appointment.

3. SSN Required for Dependents (spouse or children).

4. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so by following the steps you used to create your initial appointment.

2024 Important Announcements

  • Eligibility is specific to each employee’s job class.
  • QLE: Documentation must be submitted to HR within 30 days of the Qualifying Event.
  • Forms can be found under the Additional Employee Resources tile; scroll down to find this tile.
  • Name changes must be sent to Human Resources at [email protected] 
  • If you need to update your Beneficiary information, complete and provide the Change of Beneficiary Form at [email protected]
  • The medical Opt-Out-Payment form must be submitted to HR before the end of the month at [email protected]
  • NEW Dependent documentation must be submitted via email to the Benefits and Leave Manager at [email protected] after completing your enrollment process:
        • Marriage Certificate or Divorce Decree (Domestic Partners are ineligible).
        • Birth certificate for child(ren).
        • Social Security Number for all new dependents.
        • Court orders requiring coverage.

Madison National Insurance Services - Evidence of Insurability Online Form

The EOI for the Long-Term Disability coverage is required for the National Insurance Services (NIS). Your coverage will drop if the EOI form is not submitted within 60 days after completing your enrollment process.
